Appeeling Personality is a dating sim/banana eating contest where the player meets several banana suitors and can decide to date or eat them. The game was made during TOJam 2018's 72 hour game jam.

Design Goals

Create a bizarre yet entertaining game that fits the theme of "Winning is for losers."
Construct a simple game loop that can be easily picked up by players in a 5-minute playthrough
Have a fully playable build ready within 72 hours

Responsibilites

Designed and implemented the Hunger bar mechanic
Drew up the faces of the bananas based off of a script given to me by our writer.
Animated the hand motion and implemented a banana eating particle effect and it's behavior
